Shipping Address: We only ship to the confirmed address on the credit card. This is for your protection as well as ours to avoid credit card fraud.
Sales Tax: The Main Office of The Rage is registered and located in Orange County Florida. Sales tax for Florida residents will be automatically added to your sales receipt if you are located in Florida.
Delivery Time: Standard ground shipping generally runs 5 to 7 business days. Orders are usually processed within 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays but may take 96 hours. If there is a delay longer you should be notified on how long. Orders will not begin processing until our credit card processor confirms the payment, which is usually immediate. Tracking number(s) will be provided if available.
Note: We make every effort to note any products that are not currently in stock and the expected date as soon as the vendors informs us.
Please Note If you select 2 day UPS delivery for example, that is the time UPS will take to pick up and deliver your package. It could take 48 hours for example to process the order and get it ready to be shipped, excluding weekends and holidays.
Jewelry Orders Some of our Jewelry is custom made for you in Italy, we make every effort to label these items. They may take 14 to 21 business days to ship. Please allow plenty of time. If you are unsure of how long an order may take, please just email us and we will be happy to let you know. Rush shipping such as 3 day select or 2 day air will NOT help shipping time.

Shipping Damages or Shortages: Packages should be checked upon delivery for damage or shortages. The carrier must be informed and note either of these problems. Any damages or shortages must also be reported to us, within 72 hours of receipt of shipment.
Carriers: UPS Ground Service is our standard shipping method. Other methods may be available upon request including Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day, Hundred Weight, FedEx and US Mail. All orders are shipped US Mail or UPS to HI, AK and PR. The availability of these method depends on our vendors which we use across the country. If you select a method that a vendor cannot ship by, you will be informed and refunded the difference if it applies. We suggest checking first by emailing us with the product information and your location.
Incorrect Addresses Charges: All orders that cannot be delivered and are returned to the shipper because the ship to address was incorrect will incur a $10.00 charge for reprocessing plus packing and shipping costs to reship or 15% restock fee if you do not want your order reshipped. Please check your address carefully.
Return Policy: Our vendors guarantees against manufacturer’s defects for minimum 7 days from date of delivery to 30 days. Defective merchandise will be replaced with another like product upon return and receipt of the defective item, including all parts, manuals, and packaging. Since most of our product line is either custom made , or worn by you, no refunds are offered.
We do not sell used watches or merchandise and will not accept returns for RMA that show any signs of wear.
Every watch , espresso machine, and like items sold by us is covered by a warranty - either by the manufacturer or a service center. The specific warranty details that pertain to your item are enclosed with each purchase. Or you may email us prior to purchase for details on a specific item.
1.You must acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any item.
2.Once you have received an RMA#, you may send the product back to us at your expense. We will not accept a collect or C.O.D. return. We will ship you a replacement at our expense (applicable within the continental USA only) to you. All Sales are Final, no refunds or credit.
3.We reserves the right to refuse any return that does not have an RMA # on the box, or shows signs of wear, in any case there will be an additional $5.00 charge if there is no RMA#.
4.Any returns that do not fall within our return policy are non-refundable and will be rejected.
*Products that exceed our return policy but have a Manufacturer’s Warranty should be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. These typically are 1 to 3 years, please be sure to register your product with any manufacture that requires it.
