  • Are the products you offer all genuine or authentic ?
    Yes. The Rage offers some of the best genuine product lines available, at substantial discount.
  • Do you accept International orders?
    Sorry. At this time we do not accept International orders.
  • Why are your prices so low?
    We order our products in some cases direct from the manufacture which gives us more room for discounts. Or in some cases where our price is below the minimum advertised price allowed by a manufacture we get our products from authorized dealers, distributors and other established lines of distribution within the industry. In some of these cases the manufactures warranty may not be valid since we are selling below their minimum allowed advertised price, but is still covered by our one year warranty in those cases. See the warranty information in the FAQ for more details.
  • What are your methods of payment?
    We accept most major credit cards, e-checks, or paypal though our online processing system.
  • Do you match prices?
    Normally this is not a question as we try to keep our prices as low as possible. However if you find an item some place else where it is lower then our total price we will try to match the price. Just email us a link to the retail site selling the item and if we can match or beat it we will put the item up on special for one day and let you know.
  • Do you offer online tracking?
    Yes. Most orders go out via UPS, and you can track it via your order history in your account, or on our online tracking area.
  • How do I checkout ?
    Here is an overview of the checkout process to help you.
    1. Place item in your cart.
    2. When you are done, click the Checkout link on the top in the blue bar on the right.
    3. Log In with your account or create an account if you do not have one. This information is internal to The Rage only.
    4. Click the checkout button.
    5. Select your preferred shipping method and add any comments needed, and click continue.
    6. Your order is then stored and you are transferred to our payment processor.
    7. If you do not have a paypal account or do not want to use it click on the button where it says "If you do not currently have a PayPal account, [Click Here]" . Paypal accounts are not required.
    8. Verify your shipping information and click [Continue Checkout].
    9. Enter your credit card information and click [Continue Checkout] to finish the process
  • Do you accept phone or mail orders?
    No. At this time, in order to keep cost down we do not staff for phone or mail orders. However, this may change in the future.
  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    That depends on the day of the week and time of day you place your order as well as the shipping method you select. For example. If you placed an order at 9am EST on Monday-Friday it will most likely get shipped the same day. If the order was placed at 11am it may not get shipped until the following day. Rule of thumb is to allow 2 business days (Mon-Fri) for processing. By the third day you should have a tracking number. In some rare cases a product may not be available for shipping (it was found to be defective or damaged when checked before shipping, or the last one shipped out before your order came up for packing). In these cases you would be notified of the delay and an ETA on how long it will be. Once shipped out, then Ground shipping takes 5-7 business days. 3 day select takes 3 business days, and 2nd day takes 2 business days.
  • What is the best way to contact The Rage?
    The best way to contact us is through our online form or email us at store@the-rage.com. You are welcome to call us at 407-459-1239 x16 M-F 10am to 6pm. However, to keep cost low the phone system is not manned at all times. For faster replies email is usually best as it is also checked after hours.
  • What is the warranty Information on some of the products?
